I stayed here 1 night and I liked it. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with microwave, ashtrays and the mini fridge.

Super personnel, amazing pool plus well-maintained garden. Amazing view of volcano. Fine breakfast, special service. Swim-up bar was lovely. The property was near the beach. We liked this classy hotel and had a wonderful time.

Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi signal was not good.

We enjoyed our fun stay. Calm venue, unfailingly friendly staff. The continental breakfast was fresh made: fruit, breads, meats and toast. The room was air conditioned and stocked, had nice furnishings. Good service everywhere too...

the facilities were fairly clean and the staff cheery. i got free upgrade and loved it. and there were comfortable beds. early check-in, late check-out. plus their wifi was free.

This hotel was convenient base for exploring Pittsburgh, appreciated it. The bed was super, as were the pillows. By the way, WiFi fee is 3 usd per 24 hours.
